Section 1A - Times: Races for Tier 1 will be held at the time of 20:00 BST on Mondays.

Section 1B - Settings: The lobby host(s) will be responsible for ensuring the event is setup correctly. This will typically be the commentating team streaming the session. The agreed upon session setup is as follows:
- 1Bi - Event will consist of a short qualifying session and a 50% race except when explicitly stated.
- 1Bi - Damage will be set to Standard/Standard.
- 1Bii - Safety car will be set to Reduced.
- 1Biii - Red Flag must be turned off.
- 1Biv - Formation lap must be turned off.
- 1Bv - Manual race starts must be turned on.
- 1Bvi - Drivers will have full control over car setups.
- 1Bvii - Corner cutting will be set to strict corner cutting.
- 1Bviii - All drivers should choose their correct car when entering the lobby.
- 1Bix - Spectator spots reserved for commentators. Race engineers are not allowed to join the lobby even if there is space available.

- 1Bxi - Ghosting must be turned on for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- 1Bxii - Parc Ferme regulations will apply.

Section 1C - Invalid Session: If a lobby is setup incorrectly, then the race results may be invalidated and treated as though it never happened.

Section 2:Qualifying

Section 2A - Blocking: Drivers must pay attention to the other cars on track to ensure that they don’t block people on Hot Laps.
- 2Ai - Slowing down a car on a Hot Lap (Blocking) is illegal and will result in a penalty. 1 penalty point will be awarded for a minor block that results with minor consequences. A quali ban and 2 penalty points will be awarded for a major block that results with major consequences.
- 2Aii - Intentionally slowing down a car on an outlap will be treated like hot lap blocking and will result in similar consequence.
- 2Aiii - AI are treated like a normal driver. If somebody’s AI blocks a flying lap then it will be punished Identically to if the driver had done it.
- 2Aiv - If there is evidence provided which indicates that the driver did the most to avoid blocking but was unable to, they may be excused from standard punishment.

Section 2B - Track Disruption: Disrupting the flow of the use of the circuit during Qualification is strictly prohibited. Drivers caught violating conventional use of the track will be punished accordingly.
- 2Bi - Retiring on track during any session is punishable, and will grant 2 penalty points. This is due to the AI taking over and potentially blocking drivers. Drivers that wish to manually retire must do so within the pits.
- 2Bii - An intentional reitrement, such as crashing out on purpose, will result 4 penalty points for that driver. However, if the same driver does this a second time, they will be reviewed by the owners and removed from the league if deemed necessary.

- 2Biii - Resetting to track is prohibited and will result in similar punishment to '2Bi', as this action may respawn drivers in the way of others. However, if they are stuck on the curbs, they are excused from punishment as long as they do not disrupt the flow of track use.
- 2Biv - Drivers must take every corner, as they would in a normal lap, ignoring this will result in a Qualification Ban, due to the blatent issue of distracting others from their laps and potential damage to circuit markers.

Section 2C - Qualifaction Bans: A driver may recieve a qualifying ban as punishment for rules violations.
- 2Ci - A driver serving a qualifying may exit the pit lane and do 1 outlap to confirm their setup. This should be done as soon as possible. The driver must then return to the pits and retire the car asap. If drivers wait some time to do an outlap (for e.g. half way through quali), they will be given 2 penalty points.
- 2Cii - A driver serving a qualifying ban may not cross the line to start a lap. If they are caught doing so, the ban will carry over to the next Grand Prix.

Section 3:Session Start & Formation Lap

Section 3A - Readying Up: Each event will have a ready up time announced (BST) within the league discord. Any driver which starts the session prematurely will be given 3 Penalty Points as this effects other drivers preperation time.

Section 3B - Formation Lap: Drivers are expected to drive safely as they would in a race.
- 3Bi - 10 Car lengths maximum must be left between 2 cars on a formation lap.
- 3Bii - Collisions made with another car(s) will result in a penalty decided by the FIA.

Section 3C - Jumped Start: When Drivers have an AI jump start, they must return to their Grid starting position by the end of lap 1, failure to do so will result in disqualfication from the Grand Prix. Exclusion from this will only apply if that position is no longer available. This is to also be applied for when the Driver jumps the start.
- 3Ci - If a driver uses the AI for race start, the driver will be awarded a 5 second penalty as well as 2 penalty points.

Section 4:Racing

Section 4A - Standards: Drivers are expected to have good racing standards throughout the race. Falling below the expected standards may result in penalties and/or driver review.

Section 4B - Track Runoff: Warnings (And Penalties) for using runoff will be removed provided the following conditions are met:
- 4Bi - It was necessary to use the runoff.
- 4Bii - The driver reduces their speed or makes a reasonable effort to do so.
- 4Biii - The delta gained, if any, is sufficiently handed back.
- 4Biv - Video provided to the FIA clearly showing the race director screen and the incident in its entirety. The race director must be the full race director, not the drivers personal race director. The reason for this is that the personal race director does not give reasons for warnings.

Section 4C - Forcing Off Track: Drivers will be punished for forcing another car off track, provided the following conditions are met:
- 4Ci - The car forced off track holds a valid claim to the corner.
- 4Cii - The car forced off track holds a honest belief that the corner could be fought through safely.
- 4Ciii - The car forced off track can provide video footage that clearly shows points A and B being met.
- 4Civ - The car forcing the other car off track didn’t take every precaution necessary to avoid the incident.

Section 4D - Pit Entry: Drivers should take every effort possible to enter the pit lane safely, avoiding situations such as:
- 4Di - Cutting the racing line to enter the pits.
- 4Di - Returning to the racing line after having all tyers over the pit entry lines (Dummying).
- 4Di - Cutting the solid white lines

Section 4E - Track Disruption: Track Disruption rules are the same as stated in 'Section 2B - Track Disruption', however, In racing situations, the driver will be awarded a 10 second time penalty and 2 penalty points when caught resetting on track. Retiring on track during the race will reward 3 penalty points.

Section 4F - Track Re-Entry: When returning to the track in any scenario drivers should do so in a safe manner. Dangerous re-entry to the track consists of:
- 4Fi - They re-join on the apex of the corner or racing line (track dependant), forcing passing cars to take evasive action.
- 4Fii - The joining car provided collides with the passing car.
- 4Fiii - The off-Track car illegally resets to track.

Section 4G - Space Enitilement: Drivers are not entitled to space when:
- 4Gi - Putting their car in a non-Existent space.
- 4Gii - The move would force the car to spin in an ordinary condition with a reasonably competent driver.

Section 4H - Moving Under Braking: Moving under braking is carefully monitored.
- 4Hi - Drivers may only make one movement into a braking zone and must not move under braking.
- 4Hii - If Drivers move late or multiple times within the braking zone, they may be punished if any of the following conditions are met:
--- 4Hiiα - Contact was made resulting in damage to either car.
--- 4Hiiβ - The attacking car was forced off track.
--- 4Hiiγ - Resulting contact causes both drivers to lose out to a third party.
- 4Hiii - Drivers may move under braking if they are letting cars by due to damage, blue flags, or team orders.

Section 4I - Weaving: Weaving on the straight is only acceptable when there is sufficient space between yourself and any car either behind or in front of you.
- 4Ii - It is illegal to weave on the straight to defend when the Driver in question is within 2 Car lengths (approximately).
- 4Iii - If caught moving more than twice on a straight, it will result in a 5 second time penalty and 2 penalty points.

Section 4J - Blue Flags: Unless the driver about to be lapped has sufficient pace to stay ahead, they should be prepared to let the lapping car through safely and swiftly with minimal consequence, such as lost delta. Blue flagged cars must move off the racing line even when ghosted. This is becuase ghosting is distracting.

Section 5:Safety Car Restart

Section 5A - Leader: Driver leading the safety car inlap should set a consistent pace and not alter from that unsafely.

Section 5B - Passing Under Safety Car: It is illegal to gain positions under the Safety Car or manipulate/take advantage of the starting sequence in any way.
- 5Bi - Drivers may only overtake after the start/finish line, this will result in a 5 second penalty and 2 penalty points.
- 5Bii - Drivers may not position their car alongside another car, also resulting in a 5 second penalty and 1 penalty point.
- 5Biii - For every place gained illegally the driver will be awarded a 5 second penalty unless the place is given back within 1 lap.
- 5Biv - Illegal overtaking also includes gaining positions through desync.
- 5Biv - Drivers cannot go off track to let other drivers overtake them. these rules aplly for everyone. Doing so will result in a 5 second penalty and 1 penalty point.

Section 5C - Contact: Any contact made under safety car whereby a driver obtains damage or consequently loses control of the car, will result in a 10 second penalty and 3 penalty points.

Section 6:FIA Submissions

Section 6A - Investigation: The FIA will investigate any poor racing standards or potential intentional malicious behaviour.

Section 6B - Reports: Reports must follow the template to give the FIA members enough information to make a verdict on the incident. The template is as follows:
- 6Bi - Name of reportee.
- 6Bii - Name of offender.
- 6Biii - Session and lap/time of the incident.
- 6Biv - Short explanation.
- 6Bv - Clip of the incident.

Section 6C - Defence: Defences to incident reports must follow the template to give the FIA members enough information to make a verdict on the incident. The template is as follows:
- 6Ci - Defence explanation.
- 6Cii - Clip of the incident.

Section 6D - Evidence: Video footage provided to the FIA must be clear and show the incident in its entirety. Evidence collected by other driver's onboards must have their written consent submitted as well.

Section 6E - Deadline: Incidents must be reported before the deadline specified for each respective tier or it will not be considered, unless the ticket was authorised by an owner, or an admin acting on behalf of an owner.

Section 6F - Invalid Submissions: Incidents submissions will be dismissed if a driver submits an incident that the driver isnt involved in. The exception on the rule is if the incident is a clear rule break. For example, A clear corner cut to gain a advantage and crossing the solid line of the pit entry/exit.

Section 6G - Bias Prevention: Incidents will be judged by the FIA for each respective tier consisting of more than 2 members. FIA members may not provide judgements on inter-team incidents to prevent bias views.

Section 6H - Appeals: Drivers have the right to an appeal. This has the incident reviewed by a separate team, typically supervised by the Owners, to prevent any bias in this report. The Appeal must conform to the set template:
- 6Bi - Ticket number for Appeal.
- 6Bii - Who is opposing the Appeal.
- 6Biii - Detailed explanation and justification for a change in decision.
- 6Biv - Any extra evidence.

Section 7:Punishment Systems

Section 7A - Points Milestones: The penalty points collected by each driver are stored. When drivers reach a high enough tally, they will trigger the next stage of punishment. The Penalty point system is as follows:
- 6 Penalty Points - Quallification ban.
- 9 Penalty Points - Race Ban and owners discussion.
- Reset - Penalty Points are not reset for the Driver if they recieve a Race Ban, if they are to recieve any further penalty Points they are to be investigated by the owners again.

7B - Points Reset: Penalty points reset at the end of each season.

Section 8:Restart Procedure (Red Flags)

When restarting a lobby when necessary due to server issues, cheaters in the lobby or other reasons that the commentators/owners may see fit; follow the circumstances that happen when a Red Flag occurs.

8A - 25% Distance Restart: When there is a Red Flag when the Race has reached inbetween approximatley 25% and 50% pf the race distance, the following options will be followed depending on the circumstance There will be a 35% race to complete the GP. Starting grid will be decided 1 lap before the Red Flag has been waved. For example, when the Red Flag has been waved at Lap 7, the grid order will be from Lap 6; If decided by the Owners, the race may be voided and no points will be given.

8B - 50% Distance Restart: When there is a Red Flag when the Race has reached halfway through, the following options will be followed depending on the circumstance. There will be a 25% race to complete the GP. Starting grid will be decided 1 lap before the Red Flag has been waved. For example, when the Red Flag has been waved at Lap 16, the grid order be from Lap 15; When decided by the Owners, the race will be voided and half points will be given by the Top 10 finishers.

8C - End of Race Restart: When there is 75% Race distance has been covered, the Race will be voided and full points will be awarded to the drivers that finished in the top 10 positions.

8D - Repeating Restarts: When the lobby needs to be restarted repeatedly, after 2/3 restarts any incomplete races will be voided. During a sprint weekend, if the sprint race has been completed but the main race hasn't, points will be rewarded for the sprint race only. The owners will then decide whether to give points (and how many) for the voided race depending on how many laps have been completed. Any other cases, the owners will decide on point distribution.

8F - Session Voiding: The Owners of the league are within their right to completely void a race due to poor standards or technical bugs. A Race voided in its entirity also means that points will not be awarded.

Section 9:Post-Season Promotions

Section 9 is in place to prevent unbalanced grids within the Tier 2 Championship and limit the possibilty of a driver dominating the competition. Promotions are when the driver is forced to compete exclusively within Tier 1 due to their level of skill.

Section 9A: The Tier 2 Champion is not permitted to retain Tier 2 classification if there is not ample competition to support a fair and fun Championship.

Section 9Bi: Drivers will be reviewed post-season and analysed on driver development by the Owners to determine whether their progression will warrant a promotion.
Section 9Bii: Similarly, drivers in Tier 1 will also be analysed to determine if the skill they present warrants a relegation to Tier 2.

Section 9C: Promotions will be given based off an owners discussion. This may occur due to drivers being too fast for that tier.
